At Sembach Chiropractic, we offer a results-driven, three-part comprehensive care plan that is delivering exceptional outcomes — even for patients suffering from chronic lower back pain and post-surgical discomfort lasting 5+ years. Our approach goes beyond temporary relief. We focus on restoring joint mobility, muscle balance, and overall functional movement so our patients experience longer-lasting pain relief and improved quality of life.
Using a wide range of advanced chiropractic techniques, functional rehabilitation, and customized digital exercise programs, we address the root causes of lower back pain. Each care plan is tailored to the individual, whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or simply ready to move pain-free again.
Our goal is simple: when you leave our office, you feel better — and stay better.
Our Services
Discovery Call:
This is where you get to know us better! Decide if our office is right for you before making a financial commitment. We’ll point you in the right direction if it’s not what you are looking for!
Comprehensive Examination
This is our chance to see how you MOVE. Our comprehensive examination is broken into two visit days. We use a variety of techniques to get to the root cause of your pain on day one, whether you are dealing with lower back pain or neck pain, and anything in between! We leave no stone unturned and often ask you to perform movements in our gym setting that are related - so be sure to wear clothes you are comfortable moving around in! You can expect to spend an hour with us for the first day. The second day we will sit down with you and go over your diagnosis, how and why this may have happened or keeps occurring, and what each step of the plan will be moving forward with us! We’ll also go over our flexible payment plans so you will know exactly what to expect throughout treatment!
At no point in the examination process will you be adjusted or receive treatment procedures outside of movement-based methods.
Exercise Therapy / Rehab Programming
At Sembach Chiropractic, our exercise therapy sessions are different from what you'll find at most clinics. We offer 45-minute to 1-hour one-on-one appointments with the doctor to ensure every patient receives focused, personalized care. Our tailored exercise therapy programs are designed to help you recover from injuries, correct dysfunctional movement or muscle recruitment, improve mobility, and build long-term strength. We offer home programs directly to your cell phone, with high quality video content - no more paper handouts that are lost after a few days or left in your car!
Whether you're dealing with chronic back pain, recovering from a sports injury, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, we guide you every step of the way—no rushed sessions, no cookie-cutter programs. Just expert, hands-on support to help you achieve lasting results.
Chiropractic Adjustments
While chiropractic adjustments are an important part of what we offer at Sembach Chiropractic, our clinic provides a full range of holistic services to support your overall health and wellness. The adjustment can be a useful tool in optimizing joint mobility and temporary pain relief. This is NOT a mandatory part of our treatment plan if you are uncomfortable with being adjusted or have had a poor experience with another provider.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a natural, non-invasive treatment that uses specialized suction cups to promote blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. At Sembach Chiropractic, we offer cupping therapy as part of our holistic approach to pain relief and wellness. This technique is effective for treating back pain, neck stiffness, migraines, nerve pain, and sports injuries. We aim to treat not only the joint, but the surrounding muscles that help you move.
Graston Therapy
Graston Therapy is an advanced soft tissue treatment that uses specially designed stainless steel instruments to break down scar tissue, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery. At Sembach Chiropractic, we use the Graston Technique® to effectively treat conditions like plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, and chronic muscle pain. This evidence-based therapy is especially popular among athletes and individuals recovering from injuries or repetitive strain.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a targeted therapy that uses thin, sterile needles to release muscle knots (trigger points), reduce inflammation, and relieve pain. At Sembach Chiropractic, we use dry needling to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including back pain, neck tension, sciatica, headaches, and sports injuries. This modern technique helps restore mobility, improve muscle function, and accelerate healing—making it a powerful complement to chiropractic care and exercise therapy.

Not Sure Where to Start?
-
Do you take insurance?I know that you value your options to use insurance, however, the way we practice is outside of what insurance companies view as the “norm”. We want to spend more time with you and help you exceed pain relief to perform, and unfortunately insurance companies don’t support that. You can use your HSA if you have wellness permissions, though!
-
Do I need to see my primary care first?Primary care doctors do not have to refer you to see a chiropractor! Chiropractors are a first line of defense, and if something’s not quite right, rest assured we’ll catch it when you speak with us in a Discovery Call or Visit. Functional Rehab Chiropractors are also musculoskeletal experts, and have a plethora of tools to treat more than just the spine! At Sembach Chiropractic, we also have experience with knee pain, shoulder pain, ankle/foot pain, as well as the elbow and wrist!
-
Will my pain go away with rest?Surprisingly no. When pain shows up, it’s often affiliated with your check engine light on your vehicle. Your body wants you to address the root cause, that is often solved with more movement with specificity to your condition.
-
How does remote care work?Remote care is gaining a lot of traction in the musculoskeletal space! When I take on a remote client, we primarily focus on how the body is moving and what we can do to correct compensation patterns from pain, instability, or lack of mobility. It’s not a hands-off approach by any means! We use zoom and virtual meeting spaces to our advantage! Check out Maddie’s testimonial on the chiropractic page to hear about how her training has been taken to a new level since starting with us!

What conditions do you treat?Disc Herniations Sciatica Piriformis Syndrome Impingement Syndrome Degenerative Disc Disease Rotator Cuff Tears Osteoarthritis Headaches Tendonitis Bunions Bursitis Pinched Nerves Plantar Fasciitis Shoulder Pain Knee Pain Ankle Sprains Neck Pain Back Pain For a complimentary second opinion book a discovery.
"I have been going to Dr. Cait for about 3 months now, and dang what a difference I have felt! She doesn't adjust you the same way every time like most chiropractors I've seen, She really takes the time to get to know your body and what needs to be attended to each time I go in for an adjustment.
I would highly recommend Dr. Cait to anyone who is looking for an interactive chiropractor that will help you not only recover from an injury but also increase mobility and comfort."

Client Review
"After struggling with lower back pain almost every day for about 4 years, I reached out to Dr. Cait. After only one week I started to notice significantly less pain in my back. After a month my pain was almost completely gone! She gives you the tools to fix your issues along with the tools to prevent any further injuries. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!"

"Met Cait a few months ago when I sustained a bad back injury. Cait's program helped tremendously with regaining the mobility lost post-injury and provided new methods to prevent future injuries and recover faster as training ramped up. Being a former powerlifter and new to the world of endurance sports, Cait has helped bridge the gap between the fields and hit the nail on the head regarding physiotherapy and kinesiology. She is wickedly smart in her field, highly driven in her work, and extremely dedicated to her clients.
