With nearly five years in practice, Dr. Cait brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to chiropractic care that goes well beyond the adjustment table. She specializes in functional rehabilitation, empowering her patients with customized digital home exercise programs that are carefully curated and updated each week.

From the very first exam, Dr. Cait takes a comprehensive approach — ensuring each care plan is uniquely tailored to the patient’s lifestyle, whether they’re training for a sport or simply love staying active on the weekends. She’s passionate about uncovering the root of movement challenges, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than helping someone with chronic low back pain start to feel better right from day one.

Before meeting Dr. Cait, I was in an accident a few years prior and the traditional physical therapy I went through actually made things worse for me in the long run.

After finding out about Awaken Inside and joining the gym community, I fell in love with it! I met Dr. Cait through my mom and Eric! I went to her for severe headaches with neck and back pain, which I had dealing with for several years.

After just a few sessions with her, her approach to chiropractic care changed my life. Since then, I have been telling everyone about Dr. Cait and Awaken Inside the gym! I believe in her and her business but also because I have experienced the life changing work, she does every day.

Outside of the Sembach Chiropractic office, I am an upcoming Hairstylist. I have been in the industry for 4+ years now and I absolutely love it. It is my passion! I am also a dog mom! My sweet Penny girl is my whole world, she has been the light of my life since she came into it. I love to work out and go to the beach, anything outdoors, I’m up for. I am always looking for new ways to grow and improve in life and in my work!
