My first years of practice were spent in Gilbert, AZ. I later moved to Virginia Beach, where I helped my now husband build a gym community. We moved to Crown Point, Indiana in January of 2026 to be close to family and start our family!

I grew up playing soccer and swimming, which helped create my passion for physical health. Even though I had several injuries, it led me into discovering chiropractic care and I FELL IN LOVE. I attended Millikin University for my undergraduate degree before attending Logan University where I graduated with my Doctorate in Chiropractic.
